Preparing for, designing and building a home on a barrier island can be quite a process in today’s world. Working through it day in and day out has enabled us to streamline this process for you, saving you frustration and valuable time.

You may already have many wonderful ideas of what you want in your new home. You may even have a designer or architect in mind. If not, we work with several of them and will introduce you to one that will fit your needs. We will also assist you in getting surveys, soil reports, site & drainage plans, septic permits, FDEP and local building permits.
